Mr. Delgado has worked for a large organization and understands the complexities of the budgeting and contracting process. Having founded and sold All Star Telecom, Mr. Delgado recognizes the needs of acquired companies, and having experienced the bankruptcy of IFCI, has identified and corrected the main problems associated with the organic/acquisition growth strategy.

Mr. Lamson spent the majority of his career working in the accounting and financial field. He has worked in both public and private accounting firms (e.g. Ernest & Young) where he has experienced and worked with publicly held companies (e.g. Apple, Genentech) and companies in the construction area (i.e. Joseph J Albanese Construction). He has worked with banks and investors and developed financial relationships that have allowed projects and companies to be successful and have shown consistent growth.
